Choose between 89mm slim slats or 127mm wide slats, in your choice of blockout, light filter or sunscreen fabric. Premium polyester face fabric with weighted bottoms and engineered head-track for smooth, quiet operation.

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Gold Coast Blinds and Shutters will choose the appropriate remedy:
- Replacement of the blinds/shutters
- Repair of the blinds/shutters
- Refunding the cost of the blinds/shutters
- Payment of the reasonable costs of having the blinds/shutters repaired
Commencement of Warranty
The warranty period commences from the date of installation. Replacement of a blind or component under this warranty does not change the warranty commencement date — the original date continues to apply.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims can be made at point of sale, or by emailing a claim to the manufacturer within one (1) month of a defect appearing. Claims must include: date of purchase, proof of purchase, date of installation, and contact details.

Vertical blinds are engineered for low-maintenance everyday use. A regular dust-down on the slats and a check of the weights and chains is all most verticals ever need.
Regular care
- Dust each slat monthly with a soft brush, microfibre cloth or vacuum upholstery attachment
- Wipe the head-track with a damp microfibre cloth to keep the runners moving smoothly
- Check the bottom weights and chain (if fitted) are sitting evenly — rebalance any that have slipped
- Operate motorised verticals occasionally even when not in use, to keep the motor lubricated
Spot cleaning
- Lift individual slats out of the carrier hooks for cleaning — they unclip without tools
- Use lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent
- Sponge gently — do not rub, scrub or use solvents on the fabric
- Allow each slat to fully dry before re-hanging
What to avoid
- Harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia or solvent-based cleaners
- Steam cleaning or pressure washing
- Re-hanging slats while still wet
- Forcing the wand or chain if a slat snags — check the carrier first
