Service Call Information:
- Turnaround: We will reply within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Eligibility: This service is for products manufactured and installed by Gold Coast Blinds and Shutters.
- Fees: A call-out fee applies for service calls requested 3 years post-installation.
