Before you log a request.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll book you in for a service visit — typically within 1–2 weeks depending on parts and crew availability.

Is my product still under warranty?

Most of our blinds, shutters and curtains carry a manufacturer warranty of 5–7 years on the product, plus a 12-month installation warranty. Motorised components and some fabrics may differ — log the request anyway and we’ll confirm coverage when we reply.

Will I be charged a call-out fee?

If your product is in warranty and the fault is on us, there’s no call-out fee. After 3 years post-installation, a standard call-out fee applies (we’ll let you know up front before booking the visit). General maintenance and accidental damage are charged at our normal service rates.

What if my blinds weren’t installed by GCBS?

We’re happy to take a look — log the request and tell us as much as you can about the original product. We service most major brands. Pricing is on a standard call-out basis since the manufacturer warranty isn’t through us.
