From accepting your quote to installation, blinds usually take 4–7 weeks, Australian-made PolyMate PVC shutters 4–5 weeks, ZipGlide outdoor blinds 5–6 weeks (plus a week for a powder-coat colour), aluminium shutters 6–9 weeks, curtains and tracks 7–9 weeks, and imported PVC shutters 12–14 weeks. Orders over Christmas take longer. Warranty also varies by product: PolyMate PVC shutters carry 15 years structural with 3 years on paint and hardware, aluminium shutters 10 years structural, and blinds, curtains, outdoor blinds and ZipGlide 5 years. Labour and travel are covered for 5 years on everything. We confirm both at your measure and quote.
