What will we talk about on the call?
Anything blind-related — product options, colour matching, controlling light and heat, privacy, motorisation, child safety, and rough pricing. Whether you’re fitting out a single room or planning a full new build, we’ll help you narrow down the right products for your project.
How long does the consult take?
Each consult is a 30-minute time slot — plenty for most projects. If you need longer, we’ll happily book in a follow-up with your dedicated design consultant at no charge.
Should I send anything before the call?
Yes — once you’ve booked, we’ll email a quick prep form. To make the call as useful as possible, you can also email photos of your windows, a house plan, or some inspiration pics to [email protected]. It saves us time on the call so we can dig into your project properly.
Do I have to be on the Gold Coast?
Not at all — the online consult is open to anyone in Australia. If you’re local and decide to proceed, we’ll book in a free in-home measure & quote. If you’re further afield, we can still ship blinds Australia-wide and walk you through self-installation, or recommend a trusted installer.
Is there any obligation to buy?
None. The consult is completely free — no pressure, no obligation. Even if you decide we’re not the right fit, you’ll walk away with a clearer idea of what you want and what to look for.
