Is the in-home measure & quote really free?
Yes — completely free, with no obligation to buy. We come to your home, measure every opening, walk you through samples and give you a fixed written quote on the spot. If you decide it’s not for you, no problem at all.
How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take 45–60 minutes depending on the size of your home and how many windows you’re quoting. We don’t rush — comparing samples in your own light is the most important part.
What areas do you service?
We service the entire stretch from South Brisbane down to Byron Bay — Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Redlands and Northern Rivers all included. If you’re a little further out, give us a call — we travel for larger projects.
Do I have to decide on the day?
Not at all. Take the written quote, sit with it, compare. We’d much rather you make the right decision than a quick one. The quote is yours to keep, valid for 30 days.
Will I be pressured into buying?
Never. We’re a local, family-feel business — pushy sales tactics aren’t who we are. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll happily tell you. Read our Google reviews if you’d like to hear it from our customers first.
Can I quote multiple products in one visit?
Absolutely — most customers do. We’ll bring shutters, blinds, awnings, curtain and ZipGlide samples so you can mix-and-match across the home. One trip, one comprehensive quote.
How long until installation?
From the date you accept the quote, blinds and awnings typically install within 3–5 weeks. Australian-made shutters take 6–10 weeks because they’re built to your exact measurements. We confirm the install date in writing.
Do you offer interest-free payment options?
Yes — we partner with Zip for interest-free in-store finance on approved purchases. We can walk you through it during the quote, no commitment to apply.
I’m renovating — can you quote off plans?
Yes. If your home isn’t built yet (or you’re not ready for a site visit), book a free 30-minute online design consult. Send through your plans or inspiration pics and we’ll talk you through ballpark pricing and product fit.
What’s your warranty?
Our products and installation are covered by an industry-leading warranty — well above the standard most competitors offer. We’ll hand you the paperwork at install and walk you through exactly what’s covered, and for how long.
