Do you charge a callout fee to come to my suburb?
No. The measure and quote is completely free across every suburb listed on this page. We bring physical samples, take measurements and hand you a fixed written quote on the spot — you don't pay anything until you decide to proceed.
How far do you travel for a job?
From our factory at Currumbin Waters, we regularly work as far north as Coomera and Pimpama and as far south as Byron Bay and Bangalow — roughly 120 km of coastline. We also cover plenty of in-between suburbs not listed individually, so give us a call to confirm.
Can I visit the showroom to see products in person?
Yes — our showroom is attached to the factory at 4 Queensbury Avenue, Currumbin Waters. Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. You can see every range, watch shutters being painted in our paint booth and meet the team. Drop in any time during opening hours.
How long does a free in-home measure & quote take?
Most consults run 45–60 minutes depending on the size of the home and how many rooms are involved. We measure every opening, talk you through suitable products with physical samples, and write you a fixed quote before we leave — there's no follow-up sales pressure.
Are the people who install also the people who measure?
The same in-house team handles everything — design consult, manufacture in our local factory, and the installation itself. No subcontractors, no third-party fitters. That's how we keep quality consistent across every suburb.
What's the typical lead time once I book?
Roller blinds, shutters and outdoor blinds typically run 2–4 weeks from order to install. Curtains take a little longer at around 5 weeks because of the fabric making process. We'll confirm exact lead time on your written quote.
