At Gold Coast Blinds and Shutters customer satisfaction is our priority that’s why we want to you personally select the service you’d prefer. We have 3 experienced consultants – Trevor, Matt and Michael. All our guys have different availabilities, strengths and styles which is a huge advantage in delivering the best service to our customers.
When booking;
- Select your product of choice
- Your consultant of choice (If you leave this on ‘ANY’ it will give you first available. If you select a specific installer you will get access to their individual schedules.)
- Choose your preferred day and the time you’d prefer.
This will then give you a list of all the days we have appointments within the time range you’ve selected.
With the largest booking schedule, Monday – Friday 7am-4pm Trevor is able to quote for you before the morning rush! With years of experience in the industry, not only in residential but also commercial window furnishings, Trevor can answer almost any questions you have and come up with solutions to most scenarios. He is great with specifics and also has quite they eye for colour coordination if you are struggling to make fabric selections. He has extensive knowledge of roller blinds, shutters, awnings and curtains and this translates into a personalised and tailored experience which is sure to leave you confident of your decisions. Having been in the industry for nearly 10 years, his knowledge and passion makes him a great choice for all things window furnishings.Trevor is our newest team member. With years of experience in the industry, not only in residential but also commercial window furnishings, Trevor can answer just about any question and come up with solutions to most scenarios. He is great with specifics and also has quite they eye for colour coordination if you are struggling to make fabric selections. His wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry makes him a great choice for all things window furnishings.
John is available on most days and is our All-Rounder. He is very detail orientated and will take his time in explaining, selecting and tailoring your quote into specifics. This is great for people who are not entirely sure of all their options, would like to discuss and get advice on which window covering options may work best for those ‘awkward’ openings and strange angles etc.
Michael is available most Saturdays. He has lots of experience in the industry and gives up his Saturdays where possible to spend time with customers who find it hard to book during the week due to full time work and kids activities.
